Registrations are personal and non-transferable, being limited to a single registration per person.

Registration for the Congress is free for all attendees in the online mode; however, those who, having registered in this modality, want a supporting document for their participation, must state it at the time of registration, making in this case a donation of 10 euros to the Spanish Association of Health Communication (AECS) to cover the corresponding expenses. The organization will establish a verification system for the participation of applicants for this document, so that, although all of them must have made the corresponding donation, only those whose participation has been verified by the organizers will receive the receipt.

Face-to-face sessions will only admit the number of attendees allowed by the capacity of the room in which they will be held. Those who register to attend each face-to-face session must do so at the time of registration and make a donation of 10 euros for each of the sessions (Thursday, October 20 and/or Friday, October 21) to the Spanish Association of Health Communication (AECS), receiving its certificate of attendance at the end of the congress, after confirming that the organization attended 75% of the sessions.
